Go Ahead — Live a Little
Student Life and Leadership Development provides you with a place to relax, meet new people and study with friends.
You’ll also find comfortable furniture, billiards, group study areas, meeting rooms, as well as useful information on student health insurance, bus schedules and more.
Student Life and Leadership Development is also your starting
point for getting involved on campus through student government,
events, clubs and organizations! And for those with special talents,
opportunities exist in drama, Brain Bowl, intramural and recreational
tournaments, mathematics, music, photography and student leadership,
as well as a number of intercollegiate athletic teams.
We bring
a wide range of entertainment to the campuses. From singers,
dancers and comedians, to lectures, discussions or art exhibits,
a long list of performers appear on the Florida Community College
stage or other venues. Attending an event might even help your
studies — many of these opportunities have direct connections
with your courses.
For information about Student Life and Leadership Development events, get the Student Life Guide and Planner - Spring 2009 (PDF).
You can purchase discounted tickets to movie theatres, as well as College sporting and performing arts events, all by presenting your FCCJ student ID card.
Dont have a student ID? You can get one on any campus
or center.
